Of equal enticement will be the delectable Cal-Asian cuisine. Crafted by award-winning, Executive Chef Matthew Metcalf, the menu of titillating specialty plates will be designed for AsiaSF Hollywood pleasure enthusiasts to share. Each dish will be artfully prepared, using only the freshest of seasonal produce and the finest locally procured ingredients.
Architect/interior designer John Lum will shape the two-level, 9,000 square foot venue. The ground level will house the restaurant featuring the iconic red runway showered with spectacular theatrical special effects. A private VIP section will cradle celebrities. And the subterranean "belly of the dragon" will house a DJ-driven dance environment and intimate space for private gatherings.
Nestled in the heart of Hollywood, AsiaSF Hollywood will become a significant force behind the renaissance of the star-studded district. Her neighbors will include the historic Pantages Theatre and the new W Hotel and Residences. See map.
"With AsiaSF Hollywood," Young says, "we look forward to bringing this San Francisco experience to the center of the entertainment universe. Our goal is to create memories that last a lifetime."
